Beaufort Crest Graduation Announcement
This listing is for a custom designed double-sided graduation announcements and envelopes. Quantities begin at 20 cards and increase by 10's.
Product Description:
Graduation announcements are 5" x 7" inches, printed on high-quality card stock and come with coordinating white euro flap A7 envelopes. Please carefully read information below to accurately customize your gorgeous card. If there is an area of the card that is not necessary for your needs, please simply write N/A and we will format the spacing accordingly.
Please note that addressing and return address are not available at this time.
Customization:
Monogram Personalization: Select the font you would like to be featured on your card. Provide initials in the EXACT order they are to be printed in. If the monogram font you selected is for only 2 initials, please provide only 2 initials.
Example: Ashley Elizabeth Smith - aSe (last name initial written in the middle)
Graduate's Name: Jennifer Smith
School Name: Example: The University of Alabama
Date of Graduation: 05.23.24 or May 23rd, 2024 or Saturday, May 23, 2024
Misc Notes: If you would prefer to have different "announcement" wording, please list that in this section. Other notes welcome: "Sarah will be attending The University of Alabama", "Sarah majored in Marketing Communications"
Image Upload: Upload a png or jpg image no more than 50MB. Please take note of the card's orientation you have selected and upload the correct horizontal or vertical style of photo. Please note that if a holiday card requires a vertical photo and you provide a horizontal photo, we have the right to crop and scale the photo to fit the desired specifications.
Proofs: For an additional $15 fee, a proof will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout within 2 business days. Please note that proof is for informational and spelling accuracy only. Any additional design request or changes to the invitation will result in additional fees. Please note that production time begins after proof has been approved.
Production Time:
1-3 Weeks
Production times are estimated with the understanding orders are submitted with all necessary information. If there is any follow-up needed, this will delay production in order to ensure 100% accuracy in order details. Please note that these times are JUST an estimation and in no way a guarantee of shipment within that time. We will do our absolute best to fulfill within that time period but unexpected delays in material shipments and other factors out of our control may delay. Please note that holiday production times are roughly 3-4 days longer than the listed time above.
