Recipient Address Printing Example
Let us take one more thing off your holiday to-do list. Add guest addressing to your Christmas card order and your envelopes will arrive beautifully printed and ready to stamp and send.
How It Works
- Download our address template below.
- Enter one recipient per row.
- Upload your completed Excel file before adding this service to your cart.
- We will print each address exactly as it appears on your spreadsheet.
[Download Address Template] Can be opened with Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers
Do not send in addresses in Word documents or as PDF files. Please separate each name, address, city, state and zip code into separate cells on the same row. We suggest all addresses should be fully typed out instead of using abbreviations. We are unable to update abbreviations or make any changes to your spreadsheet.

Preparing Your Address List
Please enter each address exactly as you would like it printed, including names, titles, capitalization, punctuation and abbreviations.
• Use one row for each envelope
• Do not rename, delete or rearrange the columns
• Include apartment or unit information on the Street Address line
• Do not add extra notes, colors, formulas or merged cells
• Remove duplicate addresses before uploading
• Double-check all names, addresses and ZIP codes carefully
The number of addresses submitted cannot exceed the quantity of Christmas cards ordered. Any envelopes without a corresponding address will be included blank.
Southern Hospitality Company will format your list for printing but is not responsible for correcting spelling, etiquette, incomplete addresses or mailing information. Your spreadsheet will be printed as submitted.
Please contact us before ordering if you need international addressing or an address that cannot fit within the provided template.
