Custom Christmas Cards

We would love to create something just for you! Our custom Christmas card service is designed for those looking for a completely personalized card while still keeping the classic Southern Hospitality look and feel.

Custom projects begin with a minimum order of 50 cards.

To begin your project, we require a $195 non-refundable custom design fee and a $100 deposit toward your final card order.

Your custom design fee includes:

• One custom card design created specifically for you
• Personalized colors, typography, wording and layout
• Placement of your provided photography, monogram or other personal details
• A digital proof
• Up to two rounds of revisions
• Final preparation of your approved artwork for printing

Once your design is approved, we’ll finalize your quantity and any additional selections such as envelope liners, return address printing or additional photos. Your $100 deposit will be applied to the final balance, and the remaining balance is due before your cards are sent to production.

Custom illustration or hand-painted artwork is available by special quote depending on the scope of the project.

How It Works

1. Tell us what you’re envisioning.
   Send us your approximate quantity, wording, photos, color preferences and any inspiration or details you’d like us to consider.
2. We’ll review your project.
   We’ll make sure your idea is a good fit for our custom design service and confirm any special pricing before you pay your deposit.
3. We design your card.
   We’ll create a custom direction based on everything you’ve shared and send your first digital proof.
4. We’ll make it just right.
   Your custom design includes up to two rounds of revisions before final approval.
5. Approve + print.
   Once you’ve approved your final proof and paid the remaining balance, your cards are sent to production!

Because custom designs are created specifically for each client, design fees are non-refundable once your project has entered our design queue. Major changes in design direction or additional revision rounds may require an additional design fee.
