Recipient Address Envelope Printing - INVITATION OR HOLIDAY CARD ONLY

Make your holiday mailing even easier with recipient address printing. Each guest’s name and mailing address will be printed on the front of the envelope in a classic, easy-to-read font and a coordinating ink color selected to complement your card or invitation design.

Recipient address printing is available starting at 20 envelopes, with additional quantities offered in increments of 10. Each address is $1.00. 

Please note:

• This listing is an add-on only and must be purchased with coordinating holiday cards or invitations.

• Select the quantity of envelopes you would like addressed. This quantity cannot exceed the number of cards or invitations ordered. Any remaining envelopes will be included blank.

• Download and complete our provided Excel address template. Enter one recipient per row and upload the completed file before adding this service to your cart.

• Please do not rename, delete or rearrange the columns in the spreadsheet.

• Recipient addresses should contain no more than 3 lines. Apartment or unit information should be included on the street-address line.

• Addresses will be printed in a coordinating ink color selected to complement your card or invitation. Font and placement will remain consistent throughout your order.

• Envelope liners are not included with this add-on. Liners may be selected separately on the coordinating holiday card or invitation listing.

• Please carefully review all names, titles, addresses and ZIP codes before submitting your file. We will print each address exactly as provided and are not responsible for correcting spelling, etiquette, capitalization, punctuation or incomplete mailing information.
